The reasons and the measures about the printing affection

1. Working environment: according to the parameter characteristics, there is a high require for printing working environment, temperature staying in 20°~30°,humidness in 40%~60%, and avoid the sun.

Must to ensured the working environment normal, otherwise, if the temperature is too high or low, it could cause the ink concreted, then printhead jamming misting, breaking and bad attachment.

2. Ink quality: the ink ,produced by the inferior material coursing the inferior color and fluency, would cause the printing affection. It is advised to use the original brand ink in good quality.

3. ​Printing consumable: The color layer printed by ink has large connection to the printing consumable, which produced by different company will course the layer of the pictures distinguish obviously in the same ICC PROFILE. So that suggest you use the better consumable material and photo.

4. The ICC curve random equipped with ink. The ink produced by different company is not corresponded to the ICC, so if the ink is mismatching ICC, it would affect the printing layer; generally, the ICC is equipped for most of the ink industries, and it is better to use the original ink. You are advised to use the correspond ICC profile, and consult the professional stuffs to correspond it.

5. The maintain ways in using: Solvent and eco ink have certain corrosive. It is the reason why cartridge happen to leek, and ink connecting pipe happen to jam. So, when you use it please match the corrosion resistant equipment; if do not use equipment long time, please make attention to the printhead cleaning avoiding jam from ink clotting.

6. The characteristic of the solvent and eco ink is waterproof and sun-screen. It is attention that outdoors ink can not be mixed the indoors ink to use. If you add the wrong one , that will course the printhead jam quickly and not to print.
